At Soma Vida, we wholeheartedly believe that we are happier and healthier together. We believe that wellness providers - those expending a vast amount of energy healing others - need a community especially designed to nurture and support their own health, wellness and vitality.

It is our most precious desire to support heart-centered entrepreneurs. We provide flexible and affordable workspace with access to private offices, co-working, meeting rooms, workshop and class spaces.

The Vine retreat

I am blessed to teach my Semi Silent Self Love Yoga Retreats at the Vine Retreat in Kep Province, Cambodia.

Located on 35 acres of peaceful, green farmland, the Vine Retreat farmhouse accommodations and yoga center offer the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
